DHA were formed to be a specialist bespoke practice with a core team of experienced key personnel who operate directly with the Client on all commissions to assist in delivering buildings that maximise value and meet quality, time and cost requirements. This allows Clients to have direct access to the complete range of our resources to deal with consultants who possess real experience and who can give accurate advice in any circumstance.
We add value to projects by introducing technical, financial and cost management skills to the construction process.
Our primary area of operation is the North West Region of England but DHA have significant resources, who are able to cover a significant area of the whole of the UK, as and if required.
Past and current experience of key personnel in the Practice includes a variety of projects within the North West area for over 25 years. We have had valuable instances of working with local authorities, government agencies, housing associations, church dioceses, banks, developers, private clients and with charitable trusts, where the importance of establishing and working to tight budgets has been of paramount importance. DHA Directors come with a huge variety and store of experiences and project knowledge and are wholly responsible for obtaining the commission and taking complete responsibility for the technical delivery of the agreed service.
